Amphitheatre The amphitheatre, dating back the First Half of 1° cent.A.C., presents twoo gates: one at south settled edgeways of walls, the other at north towards the inner of the city. Ellipsoidal shape, dug on the side of St, Peter's Hill, it measures: 40x609m the minor axis, 95x80m. the major axis. On the north-gate arc there's an nscription, saying the name of the man, dedicating this monument to the city of Alba Fucens. On the left side of the urban gate there's a Villa, cut from the building of amphitheatre, in which there are rich frescoes and mosaics.
